Common use of Automobile Use Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Automobile Use Reimbursement. When automobile use is necessary in the course of District business, the Board shall reimburse the Superintendent’s Confidential Secretary for all tolls, parking fees and mileage expenses at the rates established by applicable State law as may be amended from time to time.
