Common use of Auxiliary Conversion Clause in Contracts

Auxiliary Conversion. Auxiliary employees who achieve two thousand and eighty (2,080) straight-time hours in a fifteen (15) month period shall be converted to regular status effective the first of the month following the month in which they attain the required hours.

Auxiliary Conversion. Auxiliary employees who achieve two have worked one thousand and eighty eight hundred twenty-seven (2,0801827) straight-time hours in a fifteen (15) month period and who are employed for work which is of a continuous full-time or continuous part-time nature, shall be converted to regular status effective the first beginning of the month following the month in which they attain the required hours.
