Common use of Availability for Receipt of SAEs Clause in Contracts

Availability for Receipt of SAEs. During business hours Omnicare CR has, a dedicated direct line to the Safety Surveillance Department for receipt of SAE information. During evening hours, weekends and holidays, a designated member of the Safety Surveillance Department will be on call via mobile telephone where contracted. All return calls to the sites will be made immediately to obtain the necessary SAE information and to determining the necessity of an SAE report.
