Common use of Availability of Facility Clause in Contracts

Availability of Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Facility is available from the Effective Date to the Final Termination Date, and the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow at any time prior to the Final Termination Date; provided that, if not earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof, the Commitment of each Lender shall expire on such Lender’s Scheduled Termination Date.

Availability of Facility.
