Common use of Availability of Information Clause in Contracts

The Purchaser agrees to use reasonable efforts to make available, or to cause any Servicer of the Mortgage Loans to make available, the information set forth in Exhibit I relating to the performance of the Mortgage Loans. Such information shall be provided in a form convenient to Purchaser or Servicer, as the case may be. This information, in an extractable electronic format, shall be sent by the Purchaser to risk_management@fnbaonline.com on a monthly basis beginning with xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx xx xxxxx xxe Transfer Date occurs with respect to such Mortgage Loans, and ending with the Report Period in which the Purchaser transfers the Servicing Rights with respect to such Mortgage Loans.
