Availability of License Area on Particular Days. The Parties intend that Licensee’s use of the Premises hereunder will be on a request by request basis throughout the Term and subject to the availability of the License Area. To this end, from time to time throughout the Term, Licensee shall provide Licensor written notice of its request to use the Premises, specifying the date(s) of such requested use; such written notice shall be provided to Licensor not less than two (2) business days prior to the date of Licensee’s requested use. Licensor shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether the Premises will be available, as requested and shall notify Licensee in writing as to the dates and hours approved for Licensee's use of the License Area. Nothing in this Agreement is meant to guarantee or otherwise ensure Licensee's use of the Premises on any day during the Term.
