AVAILABILITY OF PAY WARRANTS. Pay warrants will be available for distribution no later than between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the locations’ business offices on any regular payday which falls on an employee’s non-workday, or which falls on a day other than a legal holiday as specified within the Education Code, or which falls on a Friday during the summer work schedule period.
