Available Fringe Benefits. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to maintain for its Members, the same benefits package and the same cost-sharing basis available to the Association Members at Laurentian University of Sudbury, excepting that its Members shall contribute 10% of the cost of Hospital Care and Extended Medical.
