Software (including Software as a Service (“SaaS”)). b. Training c. Pre-sales assistance d. Documentation e. Installation f. Configuration g. Maintenance h. Support i. Customization j. Volume License Agreement (VLA) administration k. In addition, software packaged with hardware as an appliance may be provided, but only with the written approval of the State Contract Manager on a case-by-case basis.
