Award Certificate. Awards under the Plan shall be evidenced by Award Certificates that set forth the terms, conditions and limitations for each Award which may include, without limitation, the term of an Award and the provisions applicable in the event employment or service terminates.

Award Certificate. Each Award shall be evidenced by an "Award Certificate." Each Award Certificate shall include such provisions, not inconsistent with the Plan, as may be specified by the Committee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Award Certificate with respect to Tranche A VSOs and Tranche B VSOs (which will cover the corresponding Tranche A CARs, Tranche B CARs, SORs and Dividend Equivalent Rights) shall include the provisions of the first and last sentences of Section 10.1.
