Award Maintenance Sample Clauses
Award Maintenance. The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission State Wage increases awarded during 2014 and the period up to, and including, the nominal expiry date of this agreement shall be absorbed into the wage increases provided by Clause 2.1 of this agreement. It is a term of this agreement that no person covered by this agreement will receive a rate of pay, which is less than the corresponding rate of pay in the relevant parent award. The employer will support union applications to amend any of the parent awards to this agreement to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the MOCA3 during the life of this agreement. The employer will consent to applications made after the nominal expiry date of this agreement to amend any of the parent awards to incorporate wage adjustments and the new classification structure contained within this agreement.
Award Maintenance. The employer will support and consent to applications made after the replacement of this Agreement to amend the General Employees (Queensland Government Departments)
Award Maintenance. 2.4.1 The employer will support union applications to amend any of the parent awards to this Agreement to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the MOCA4 during the life of this Agreement.
2.4.2 The employer will consent to applications made after the nominal expiry date of this Agreement to amend any of the parent awards to incorporate wage adjustments and the new classification structure contained within this Agreement.

12.2 It is a term of this Agreement that no person covered by this Agreement will receive a rate of pay, which is less than the corresponding rate of pay in the relevant parent Award.
12.3 The employer will consent to applications made after the nominal expiry date of this Agreement to amend either of the parent Awards to incorporate wage adjustments based on this Agreement.
Award Maintenance. 4.3.1 It is agreed that during the operation of this Agreement the parties will consent to applications before the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission to amend the following Awards to include the salary rates of the Department of Education and the Arts Teachers’ Certified Agreement 2006:
(a) Teachers’ Award - State 2003
(b) Community Teachers, Assistant Teachers - Aboriginal and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islander Community Schools Award - State 2003
Award Maintenance a) QIRC State Wage Case increases awarded during 2011 and the period up to and including the nominal expiry date of this Agreement shall be absorbed into the wage increases provided by Part 8 of this Agreement.
b) It is a term of this Agreement that no person covered by this Agreement will receive a rate of pay, which is less than the corresponding rate of pay in the Employees of Queensland Government Departments (Other Than Public Servants) Award – State 2003.
c) The employer will support and consent to applications made after the replacement of the Department of Education and the Arts Teacher Aides’ Certified Agreement 2008 to amend the Employees of Queensland Government Departments (other than Public Servants) Award – State 2003 to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the Department of Education and the Arts Teacher Aides’ Certified Agreement 2008.

32.1. The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission State Wage Case increases awarded during 2019 and the period up to, and including, the nominal expiry date of this Agreement will be absorbed into the wage increases provided in clause 30 of this Agreement subject to clause 31.
32.2. It is a term of this Agreement that no person covered by this Agreement will receive a rate of pay which is less than the corresponding rate of pay in the Award.
32.3. The employer will support union applications to amend the relevant modern award to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No. 9) 2016 (EB9) during the life of this Agreement.
32.4. The employer will consent to applications made after the nominal expiry date of EB9 to amend the parent award to incorporate wage adjustments based on EB9.
Award Maintenance. The employer will support and consent to applications made after the replacement of the Department of Education and Training (Education) Cleaners’ Certified Agreement 2015 to amend the General Employees (Queensland Government Departments) and Other Employees Award-State 2015 to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the Department of Education and Training (Education) Cleaners’ Certified Agreement 2011.
