Award Maintenance. 2.4.1 The employer will support union applications to amend any of the parent awards to this Agreement to incorporate wage adjustments based upon the MOCA4 during the life of this Agreement. 2.4.2 The employer will consent to applications made after the nominal expiry date of this Agreement to amend any of the parent awards to incorporate wage adjustments and the new classification structure contained within this Agreement.
