AWARD TO MULTIPLE BIDDERS. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) meeting the requirements of the solicitation. The County reserves the right to conduct any tests it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the County to be in its best interest. The County reserves the right to contract with firms not party to this contract for similar goods/services if it determines this to be in its best interest. Any bidder who enters $0.00 on a pricing line in Section 4 or leaves it blank, may be considered non-responsive.

  • PERFORMANCE / BID BOND The Commissioner reserves the right to require a Bidder or Contractor to furnish, without additional cost, a performance, payment or Bid bond, negotiable irrevocable letter of credit, or other form of security for the faithful performance of the Contract.   • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria.
