AWARDS OF OTHER SUBCONTRACTS. AHCCCS and/or the Contractor may undertake or award other contracts for additional or related work to the work performed by the Subcontractor and the Subcontractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors, Subcontractors or State employees. The Subcontractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other Contractor, Subcontractor or State employee.

Provider shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other health plan, provider or state employee.
