Awareness and Training. SAO and the agency shall ensure that all staff with access to the data shared through this Agreement are aware of the use and disclosure requirements of OCIO 141.10 and RCW 42.56.590. SAO will comply with all state requirements and training regarding handling, storage and transmission of confidential data.
