Common use of (b) - Payment for Medicals Taken After Working Hours Clause in Contracts

(b) - Payment for Medicals Taken After Working Hours. If a medical examination is taken after working hours, the employee shall be paid three (3) hours pay at straight time and shall in such cases receive at least three (3) days' notice prior to the appointment with the doctor.

The Company shall not pay for the time involved if the employee is, at the time, on W.S.I.B. or the Health & Welfare Benefit Plan.

If a medical examination is taken after working hours, the employee shall be paid three one (31) hours hour’s pay at his regular straight time hourly rate and shall shall, in such cases cases, receive at least three (3) days' ’ notice prior to the appointment with the doctor.
