You may not use a balance transfer to pay off any other accounts you have with the Bank. You may only make a balance transfer to accounts that list you as an account holder. Allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your balance transfer request, during which time you should continue to make payments to those accounts. You will not earn any rewards points or cash back on a balance transfer.
