Bank Account; Investments. The Company shall establish one or more bank or other financial institution accounts into which all Company funds shall be deposited. Funds deposited by the Company into such accounts may be withdrawn only in furtherance of the business of the Company or for distribution to the Members pursuant to this Agreement. Pending withdrawal for such purposes, Company funds may be invested in such manner as the Managers may determine.

Bank Account; Investments. The General Partner may establish one or more bank accounts into which Partner­ship funds shall be deposited. No other funds shall be deposited into these accounts. Funds deposited in the Partner­ship’s bank accounts may be withdrawn to pay Partnership debts, obligations or expenses or to be distributed to the Partners pursuant to this Agreement. Additionally, Partner­ship funds may be invested in such investments, including securities, as the General Partner may select.

  • Bank Accounts The Custodian shall identify on its books as belonging to the applicable Fund cash (including cash denominated in foreign currencies) deposited with the Custodian. Where the Custodian is unable to maintain, or market practice does not facilitate the maintenance of, cash on the books of the Custodian, a bank account or bank accounts shall be opened and maintained outside the United States on behalf of a Portfolio with a Foreign Sub-Custodian.   • Investment Account The Manager shall maintain an investment account or accounts in the Manager’s name (the “Account”) on behalf of the Principal, any other participating insurer affiliated with the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company, an insurance subsidiary or affiliate of the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company or a pension plan or profit-sharing plan of the Principal, its insurance subsidiaries or affiliates, (collectively, the “Participants”), and shall hold therein all debt obligations, accounts or deposits permitted by the New Hampshire Insurance Code as more fully described on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time, and attached hereto and incorporated herein (collectively, “Investments”), deposited in or purchased or otherwise acquired for and on behalf of the Principal and the Participants from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All Investments in the Account shall be Short-Term Obligations.
