Bank Loan Documents. MBPI, the Authority, MPM and their respective Affiliates shall comply, and shall cause their respective Affiliates to comply, with all of the affirmative and negative covenants which they made in the Bank Loan Documents.
Bank Loan Documents. The Noteholders shall have received each of the following, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to them, duly executed by each party thereto and in full force and effect:
Bank Loan Documents. It will maintain and make available for FEFC's inspection all documents submitted to the Lender pursuant to the Credit Agreement or in connection with the Credit Agreement, at FEFC's request.

The Company shall have, or substantially concurrently herewith will have, entered into the Bank Loan Documents, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchasers, and the Bank Loan Documents shall be, or substantially concurrently herewith will be, in full force and effect.
