Bank Wire. If an Affiliate chooses the bank wire option, the minimum amount that the Company will wire is $25.00 and there is a flat $15.00 wire fee. If an Affiliate’s commissions do not equal or exceed $40.00, the Company will accrue the commissions until they total at least $40.00 and the bank wire will be made and the $15.00 wire fee deducted.

Bank Wire. NOTE: If you do not complete the information below, a check for the proceeds will be delivered to you at the address as it appears on Box E of this Letter of Transmittal. The name on the bank account must match the registration and include all registered holders. If you choose to receive a wire a $50 wire fee will be deducted from your payment. You may also be contacted to verbally confirm your wire instructions below.   • Invoicing Except as may be prohibited by Applicable Laws, Supplier will implement an electronic invoicing process upon request by DXC and at Supplier’s sole expense, to submit invoices electronically to DXC or DXC’s third-party service provider in the electronic format specified by DXC or such third-party service provider. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that use of such process may entail disclosure of information to the service provider about the purchasing relationship between DXC and the Supplier, provided that such service provider is bound by DXC to confidentiality obligations as to Supplier’s information substantially similar to those provided under these terms. If Supplier fails to implement the electronic invoicing process within a reasonable time (not to exceed ninety (90) days) after DXC’s request, DXC may withhold payment on any invoice not received electronically until such time as Supplier submits the invoice electronically.

  • Communications All charges for equipment or services used for communications between the Adviser or the Trust and any custodian, shareholder servicing agent, portfolio accounting services agent, or other agent engaged by the Trust.

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.

  • Invoicing and Payment You will provide Us with valid and updated credit card information, or with a valid purchase order or alternative document reasonably acceptable to Us. If You provide credit card information to Us, You authorize Us to charge such credit card for all Purchased Services listed in the Order Form for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s) as set forth in Section 12.2 (Term of Purchased Subscriptions). Such charges shall be made in advance, either annually or in accordance with any different billing frequency stated in the applicable Order Form. If the Order Form specifies that payment will be by a method other than a credit card, We will invoice You in advance and otherwise in accordance with the relevant Order Form. Unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, invoiced charges are due net 30 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Us and notifying Us of any changes to such information.
