Change of Sponsor. MONAT is a direct sales company that markets its products through Independent Market Partners (“Market Partner” or “Market Partners”) and VIP Customers “sign up with” a Sponsor upon joining the VIP Programme. The transfer of a MONAT VIP Customer from one Sponsor to another is not permitted except during the initial thirty (30) day period immediately following the date that a VIP Customer first joins MONAT and is limited to instances where a Market Partner or VIP Customer made a mistake in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the MONAT online application. Sponsor changes are not permitted after such initial thirty (30) day period. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change. In order to request a Sponsor change, a VIP Customer must complete a Sponsor Request Change Form and email it to the Company’s Commissions Department at: XxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxx@XxxxxXxxxxx.xxx.
Change of Sponsor. The only means by which a Coach may legitimately change his/her sponsor are by:
(a) Voluntarily canceling his/her Be- yond Slim business in writing and remaining inactive for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six calendar month period of inactivity, the former Coach may reapply un- der a new sponsor. The Coach will lose all rights to his/her former downline organization upon his/her cancellation; or
(b) Submitting a written request to the Company at sup- xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for a change of sponsor. The Coach requesting the transfer must also submit written and signed transfer authorization forms from his/her immediate five upline Coaches.
Change of Sponsor. The only means by which an Ambassador or Influencer may legitimately change his/her sponsor is by Voluntarily canceling his/her Xxxxx Xxxxx business in writing and remaining inactive for three (3) full calendar months. Following the three-calendar month period of inactivity, the former Ambassador or Influencer may reapply under a new sponsor. An Ambassador will lose all rights to his/her former downline organization upon his/her cancellation. If an Ambassador or Influencer cancels her Xxxxx Xxxxx business via any means other than providing the Company with a written cancellation, the former Ambassador or Influencer may not re-enroll until her business has been canceled for six consecutive calendar months.
Change of Sponsor. The only means by which an Associate may legitimately change his/her sponsor are by:
A. Voluntarily canceling his/her Neumi business and remaining inactive for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six calendar month period of inactivity, the former Associate may reapply under a new sponsor. The Associate will lose all rights to his/her former downline organization upon his/her cancellation; or
B. Submitting a written request to the Company at xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx for a change of sponsor. The Associate requesting the transfer must also submit written and signed transfer authorization forms from his/her immediate seven (7) upline Associates within 30 days from the date of his/her first request to change his/her sponsor.

Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is critical to the success of every Market Partner and to MONAT. Therefore, the transfer of a MONAT business from one sponsor to another is not permitted except during the initial thirty (30) day period immediately following the date that a Market Partner or VIP Customer first joins MONAT. Sponsor changes are not permitted after such initial thirty (30) day period. Permitted Sponsor changes are limited to instances where a Market Partner or VIP Customer made a mistake in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the MONAT online application. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change. In order to request a Sponsor change, a Market Partner or VIP Customer must complete a Sponsor Request Change Form and email it to the Company’s Compliance Department at: Xxxxxxxxxx@XxxxxXxxxxx.xxx.
3.5.1 CANCELLATION AND RE-APPLICATION
Change of Sponsor. To protect the integrity of all Marketing Organizations and safeguard the hard work of all Distributors, LivElite International strongly discourages changes in sponsorship. Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is critical for the success of every Distributor and Marketing Organization. Accordingly, the transfer of a LivElite International business from one sponsor to another is rarely permitted. Requests for change of sponsorship must be submitted in writing to the Distributor Services Department, and must include the reason for the transfer. Transfers will only be considered in the following two circumstances:
a) In cases in which the new Distributor is sponsored by someone other than the individual he or she was led to believe would be his or her Sponsor, a Distributor may request that he or she be transferred to another organization with his or her entire Marketing Organization intact. All requests for transfer alleging fraudulent enrollment practices shall be evaluated on a case by case basis. Requests for transfer under this policy will be evaluated on a case-by- case basis and must be made within 60 days from the date of enrollment. The Distributor requesting the change has the burden of proving that he or she was placed beneath the wrong sponsor.
b) The Distributor seeking to transfer submits a properly completed and fully executed Sponsorship Transfer Form which includes the written approval of his or her immediate four (4) upline Distributors. Photocopied or facsimile signatures are not acceptable. All Distributor signatures must be notarized. The Distributor who requests the transfer must submit a fee of $50.00 for administrative charges and data processing. If the transferring Distributor also wants to move any of the Distributors in his or her Marketing Organization, each downline Distributor must also obtain a properly completed Sponsorship Transfer Form and return it to LivElite International with the $50.00 change fee (i.e., the transferring Distributor and each Distributor in his or her Marketing Organization multiplied by $50.00 is the cost to move a LivElite International business.) Downline Distributors will not be moved with the transferring Distributor unless all of the requirements of this paragraph are met. Transferring Distributors must allow thirty (30) days after the receipt of the Sponsorship Transfer Forms by LivElite International for processing and verifying change requests. Change of Sponsor. The only means by which an Associate may legitimately change his/her sponsor is by voluntarily canceling his/her Talk Fusion business in writing and remaining inactive for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six calendar month period of inactivity, the former Associate may reapply under a new sponsor. The Associate will lose all rights to his/her former downline organization upon his/her cancellation.
Change of Sponsor. An Affiliate may only have one sponsor. Except as set forth in this Section, Novae prohibits changes of sponsorship to uphold the integrity of the Compensation Plan and downline unless the present sponsor submits to Novae in writing that they release the sponsorship to another Novae Affiliate.
Change of Sponsor. As a rule, Consultants may not change their Sponsors (the Consultant under whom they are enrolled). The only means by which a Consultant may change her/his Sponsor (the Consultant selected upon enrollment or the upline of the selected Sponsor in the event of termination of a sponsoring Consultant) is by voluntarily terminating the Agreement and remaining inactive as a Consultant for six (6) calendar months. The Consultant will lose all rights to her/his former Downline upon termination. Following the six- calendar month period of inactivity, the former Consultant may reenroll under a new Sponsor. Consultants may not entice other Consultants to leave their current line of sponsorship and join under a new Sponsor. In the event a Consultant improperly changes her/his Sponsor, Qyral reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the final disposition of the Downline organization that was developed by the Consultant in her/his second line of sponsorship. Consultants WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST QYRAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS THAT RELATE TO OR ARISE FROM QYRAL’S DECISION REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF ANY DOWNLINE ORGANIZATION THAT DEVELOPS BELOW A CONSULTANT WHO HAS IMPROPERLY CHANGED HER/HIS SPONSOR.
Change of Sponsor. There are two ways an Ambassador or Influencer may legitimately change his/her sponsor.
(1) Request a Sponsor Change Request Form from customer support by emailing xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Ambassador or Influencer must pay a
(2) Voluntarily cancel his/her Xxxxx Xxxxx business in writing and remain inactive for three (3) full calendar months. Following the three-calendar month period of inactivity, the former Ambassador or Influencer may pay the $49.99 enrollment fee and enroll under a new sponsor. An Ambassador will lose all rights to his/her former downline organization upon his/her cancellation. Xxxxx Xxxxx reserves the right to refuse any request at its discretion.
