Common use of Baptist Policies Clause in Contracts

Baptist Policies. All policies, including those concerning Disruptive Behavior; Resident/Fellow Evaluation, Promotion, and Discipline; Due Process; Grievance; Program Closure/Reductions; Resident/Fellow Health (Impairment); Benefits (including health, disability, and liability insurance); Leave of Absence (including vacation, parental, and sick leave as well as the effect of leave on Program completion); Clinical and Education Work Hours; Moonlighting or any alternatively named policy discussing clinical experience, education, and limits placed on the Resident/Fellow’s schedule shall be provided to the Resident/Fellow electronically.
