Baptist shall provide Professional Malpractice Coverage. Baptist will arrange and pay professional malpractice insurance coverage or similar coverage through a group plan or a plan of self-insurance for Resident for the term of employment, with liability limits of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence/three million dollars ($3,000,000) annual aggregate or the amounts, if greater, required by the medical staff bylaws of hospitals designated by Baptist.
