Common use of Bargaining Agent or Recognition Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Agent or Recognition. (a) The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit. (b) The bargaining unit shall be comprised of all employees included in the bargaining unit as described in the certification except those employees employed in positions listed below: • District Manager or designate • Unit Manager
