Bargaining Unit Definition. ‌ The School Board of Osceola County, Florida, hereinafter called the “Board,” recognizes The Osceola County Education Association - Education Staff Professionals, affiliated with the National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers and the Florida Education Association, hereinafter called the “Association,” as the exclusive bargaining representative for education staff professionals in the School District known and designated as the School District of Osceola County, Florida.
