Bargaining Unit Member Conduct. 1. Bargaining unit members are required to comply with rules, regulations and directions from time to time adopted by the Board or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. 2. Any alleged failure to comply will be reported promptly to the bargaining unit member and to the department supervisor involved.
