Bargaining Unit Seniority Layoff List. The names of laid off employees shall be placed on a Bargaining Unit Seniority Layoff List in order of their Bargaining Unit Seniority. The name shall be retained on the Bargaining Unit Seniority Layoff List for a minimum of one year or for a period of time equal to the employee’s Bargaining Unit Seniority to a maximum of four (4) years.
