Common use of Base Salary and Payment Schedule Clause in Contracts

Base Salary and Payment Schedule. The Company shall, for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of termination, pay to Executive the highest Base Salary paid during the period including the year in which such termination occurs and the preceding two (2) years, in accordance with the normal payroll policies of the Company. Executive shall also be entitled to a payment (“Vacation Payment”) attributable to Base Salary for unused vacation accrued. Such Vacation Payment shall be made to Executive in a lump sum within thirty-days (30) following the date of Executive’s termination of employment.

Executive shall also be entitled to a payment (“Vacation Payment”) attributable to Base Salary for unused vacation accrued. Such Vacation Payment shall be made to Executive in a lump sum within thirty-days thirty (30) days following the date of Executive’s termination of employment.

Executive shall also be entitled to a payment (“"Vacation Payment”") attributable to Base Salary for unused vacation accrued. Such Vacation Payment shall be made to Executive in a lump sum within thirty-days thirty (30) days following the date of Executive’s 's termination of employment.

The Company shall, for a period of twenty-four three (243) months from the date of termination, pay to Executive Manager the highest Base Salary paid during the period including the year in which such termination occurs and the preceding two (2) years, in accordance with the normal usual payroll policies of the Company. Executive Manager shall also be entitled to a payment (“Vacation Payment”) attributable to Base Salary for unused vacation accrued. Such Vacation Payment shall be made to Executive Manager in a lump sum within thirty-days thirty (30) days following the date of ExecutiveManager’s termination of employment.
