Base Service Fee. 7.1.1 The Service Recipients hereby agree to pay as provided by this Article 7, during the term of this Agreement, the Base Service Fee, quarterly in arrears. The Base Service Fee will accrue commencing on the date hereof and will be pro-rated based on the number of days during the first Quarter in which this Agreement is in effect.
Base Service Fee. Licensee shall pay an annual base service fee of $4,788 which shall entitle Licensee to connect to the Service, social media accounts from one or more social networking or social media websites, platforms or services supported as part of the commercially available Service (each a “Supported Site”) for which Licensor is either (i) the actual owner or (ii) explicitly authorized to provide access to such social media account (e.g., upon express authorization by Licensor’s Representative). Each such social media account shall be referred as a “Permitted Account”. Licensee is entitled to archive unlimited new social media records per month, in aggregate, from across all Permitted Accounts. For purposes of this Exhibit A, a “social media record” refers to any individual posting sent or received by a Permitted Account, including comments, status updates, and private messages. Large multimedia files, such as videos, are counted as multiple records with each 10-megabyte segment of a multimedia file counted as a single record.
Base Service Fee. The quarterly fee that Prometheus will pay to McKesson in exchange for [***], the [***], and [***] McKesson shall be entitled to shall be as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.
Base Service Fee. The quarterly fee that Prometheus will pay to Cardinal Health in exchange for all such [***] and [***],[***] and [***], the [***], and [***] Cardinal Health shall be entitled to shall be as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.

Base Service Fee. "Base Service Fee" shall mean the [***] fee that will be paid to Cardinal Health by First Horizon in [***] based upon [***] of the total dollar volume of Product purchased by Cardinal Health during calendar year [***]. A Service Fee of [***] will be calculated and paid annually based on the total volume exceeding [***] of calendar year [***] on all Products purchased by Cardinal Health in [***], [***], from First Horizon valued at the First Horizon list price at the time the Product was purchased. "Service Fee" shall mean the [***] fee paid to Cardinal Health by First Horizon for total dollar volume purchased by Cardinal Health in [***] that exceeds [***] of the total dollar volume of Product purchased by Cardinal Health during calendar year [***]. Base Service Fee and Service Fee are collectively known as "Fees". Cardinal Health shall issue an invoice to First Horizon for Fees no later than January 30th of the following year. Such invoice shall include sufficient detail to allow First Horizon to verify and audit Cardinal Health's invoice. First Horizon shall pay undisputed invoice amounts within 30 days of First Horizon's receipt of invoice.
Base Service Fee. The base fee is payable in advance in full by the 5th day of each month with respect to the standard services to be pro- vided during such calendar month. For a period of less than a month the fee will be prorated on a daily basis.
Base Service Fee. In addition to the rates charged by the Contractor for collection of Municipal Waste pursuant to this Agreement, the Contractor shall have the right to impose a Base Service Fee against each Customer, in the amount set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement. The Base Service Fee shall be identified separately on all bills sent by the Contractor to Customers, and shall be billed not more than three times per calendar year. If a Customer registers for or terminates Residential Services with the Contractor during a calendar month, the Contractor shall assess or refund the Base Service Fee on a pro-rata basis for the month of registration or termination, as the case may be. The City and the Contractor agree that: (i) no Customer shall be permitted to refuse Residential Services from the Contractor in order to avoid liability for payment of the Base Service Fee; and (ii) the Contractor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to impose the Base Service Fee against Customer accounts for which Municipal Waste collection services have been suspended.
Base Service Fee. The Board agrees to SSG a fixed monthly base service fee of $5,000.00. This will begin on July 1, 2013. The fixed base service fee will compensate SSG for all services performed as they relate to the following Board direct service claims: Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapies: $3,200 per month Behavioral: $ 500 per month Transportation: $ 800 per month Nursing: $ 500 per month
