Baseline Services. 4.1.1 Throughout the Term the Council will use all reasonable endeavours to continue to provide and/or procure the existing Baseline Services in the BID Area so as to facilitate the BID Arrangements. 4.1.2 The Baseline Services shall be reviewed annually by the Council as part of its budget process. In the event of any change to the services provided the Council will give the BID Company 3 months prior written notice.
