Basic Charges fees, payment or other consideration directly relating to the provision of access to any Distribution System(s) (including without limitation any such fees, payment or other consideration in respect of reception equipment required to access any Distribution System(s)) but excluding any fees, payment or other consideration to receive any particular audio and/or audio-visual content via such Distribution System(s); and/or
Basic Charges. The Firm’s charges for the legal work it undertakes on a Client(s)’ claim as set out in the Schedule (where applicable).
Basic Charges. The daily lease charge for a Leased Tool will apply to the actual number of days the Leased Tool is used. The daily lease charge for a Leased Part will apply to each day of the lease term.
Basic Charges. These are our charges for the legal work we do, based on the rates we charge which is £350 per hour. Letters and telephone calls are charged out on a time recorded basis at 1/10th of the hourly rate.

For rates that are mileage sensitive the recurring charge shall include two rate elements, the "first mile" and "additional miles". The rates may be decreased for additional Circuits between the same two points of a Link for the same Purchaser. The charge for Circuits may vary by state and by city.
(ii) If the rate is mileage sensitive, a "first mile" rate element will be charged for each Circuit. Mileage is based on air miles between the two XXXx. The "additional miles" rate element, if applicable, will be charged per Circuit for each mile of the link or part of a mile after the first mile.

Basic Charges. The Solicitors’ charges for the provision of legal services; these are the ordinary costs that would have been charged had the Solicitors not acted under any form of conditional fee agreement.
Basic Charges. 11.1 These are calculated for each hour engaged on your matter from now until the review date on January 1st next year. If there is any change to our rates, we will notify you in writing.
11.2 Routine letters and telephone calls will be charged as units of one tenth of an hour. Other letters and telephone calls will be charged on a time basis.
