Basic Metering Equipment Downgrade at existing Delivery Station. (a) Evoenergy may, acting reasonably, downgrade Basic Metering Equipment at a Delivery Point at its own discretion. Prior to exercising its discretion under this clause 16.3(a), Evoenergy must consult with the User to determine whether the Customer intends to increase Load and/or change their pattern of usage such that a downgrade is no longer required.
