Basic Operating Grant i. The Basic Operating Grant includes funding for a baseline level of enrolment, measured in eligible Basic Income Units (BIUs). The TST’s share of the Basic Operating Grant (BOG) equals its share of 1986-87 formula grants, plus any subsequent funding increases that have been rolled into base. The TST will continue to receive its share of the BOG as long as it maintains enrolment within a band of plus or minus three percent of its baseline enrolment level, excluding enrolment changes funded via a special purpose grant envelope outside the Basic Operating Grant, as noted below. Effective 2014-15, the following grants and BIUs are included in the BOG allocation to the TST:

  • ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN Purchaser may be required to submit a written annual operating plan, as specified by, and at the request of the Forest Officer.

  • Performance Improvement Xxxxxx Permanente and the Coalition are competing in a challenging market that is characterized by a limited workforce, changes in technology, changes in clinical practice, cultural diversity, changing demographics and high demand for quality service. The parties are committed to the enhancement of organizational performance so that working in Partnership is the way Xxxxxx Permanente does business. Each regional LMP council shall develop approaches aimed at reducing variation between medical centers, facilities and departments in the resources available for partnership. In particular, such a plan should: » ensure at a regional level there is adequate time for teams to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and test changes to drive improvement; and » provide regional or facility support to departments as needed to cross-cover or backfill and jointly determine the most cost-effective manner to provide the support.

  • RETURN TO PREVIOUS POSITION A promoted employee who is dismissed during his probationary period, except if the cause warrants action to dismiss him from the County Service, shall return to the position in which he held permanent status, if vacant, or any other vacant position in his former classification unless all positions in that classification are filled. The employee so dismissed may write a letter for inclusion in his permanent personnel file. Upon a return to his former position in the same agency or department, the employee shall not serve a new probationary period. In the absence of such vacancy in the agency or department in which he held permanent status, the dismissed probationary employee may either:

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:
