Common use of Basic Salary and Pay Increments Clause in Contracts

Basic Salary and Pay Increments. Your basic salary on commencement is [£ ]. *[Note: employing organisations to complete based on Schedule 12 of the Terms and Conditions] This has been calculated in accordance with the provisions in Schedule 12 of the TCS which is appended to this Contract at Appendix 2, and in accordance with transitional arrangements.
