Related to Basic Service Tier

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit. 6.1.2 The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Amount Available for the Construction Contract identified in the Program of Requirements. 6.1.3 In multiple package projects, the Basic Services Fee for each package shall be determined in a manner agreed to by A/E and Owner. The Architect/Engineer’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all packages. 6.1.4 If the description of the Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee shall be adjusted equitably.

  • Service Pay ‌ All regular employees shall be granted service pay in the amount of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar day for each five (5) years of continuous service completed. After the first five (5) years of service, ten cents (10c/ ); after five (5) further years of service, an additional ten cents (10c/ ); and a like increase for each additional five (5) years of service completed.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Servicer Compensation The Servicer shall withdraw its Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan net of any Month End Interest payable pursuant to Section 7.6.1 from the related Custodial P&I Account prior to the remittance of such amounts to the Certificate Account with all other payments received with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Compensation for Basic Services 6.1.1 Compensation for Basic Services as described in Section 3.1 and 3.2 shall be as set forth in Article 11.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue on a month-to-month basis as set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • Sellers Engagement of Servicer to Perform Servicing Responsibilities Section 2.01. Contract for Servicing; Possession of Servicing Files. The Seller, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Servicer as an independent contractor, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the servicing of the Mortgage Loans. On or before the Closing Date or Servicing Transfer Date, as applicable, the Seller shall cause to be delivered to the Servicer, the Servicing Files with respect to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Servicer shall maintain a Servicing File with respect to each Mortgage Loan in order to service such Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement and each Servicing File delivered to the Servicer shall be held in trust by the Servicer for the benefit of the Trustee; provided, however, that the Servicer shall have no liability for any Servicing Files (or portions thereof) not delivered by the Seller. The Servicer’s possession of any portion of the Mortgage Loan documents shall be at the will of the Trustee for the sole purpose of facilitating servicing of the related Mortgage Loan pursuant to this Agreement, and such retention and possession by the Servicer shall be in a custodial capacity only. The ownership of each Mortgage Note, Mortgage, and the contents of the Servicing File shall be vested in the Trustee and the ownership of all records and documents with respect to the related Mortgage Loan prepared by or which come into the possession of the Servicer shall immediately vest in the Trustee and shall be retained and maintained, in trust, by the Servicer at the will of the Trustee in such custodial capacity only. The portion of each Servicing File retained by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement shall be appropriately marked to clearly reflect the ownership of the related Mortgage Loan by the Trustee. The Servicer shall release from its custody the contents of any Servicing File retained by it only in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Company shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.
