Amount Available for the Construction Contract definition

Amount Available for the Construction Contract or “AACC” means the maximum monetary amount budgeted by Owner for all Construction Phase services, materials, labor and other work required of Contractor for completion of the Work in accordance with this Agreement. The AACC includes, without limitation, the General Conditions Costs, the Cost of the Work, the Construction Phase Fee, and Contractor’s Contingency. The AACC may be adjusted by the Owner for changes in the scope of the Project before or after acceptance of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal.
