Common use of Basic Services of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Basic Services of Consultant. 2.1 Consultant shall be responsible for the complete design and documentation of the work described or referenced in this Agreement, and shall prepare the Work Product, which must be acceptable to the County Project Manager. Consultant shall also serve as County’s professional consultant during the Project phases to which this Agreement applies, and shall consult with and give advice to County during the performance of the Project.
