The Interpretations and Clarifications clause defines how terms, phrases, and provisions within the contract should be understood and applied. CONSULTANT will review CONTRACTOR’s applications for periodic payment to verify that amounts requested by the CONTRACTOR agree with actual progress of the work. Approved applications will be submitted to the OWNER for payment.
