BASIC TECHNICAL PROCESSING. The vendor may physically process and/or provide cataloging data for the publications he supplied under Lots 1, 2, or 3 of this solicitation in order to make the items shelf-ready for the customer's collection. Extensive physical processing (e.g. format conversion, archival or conservatorial processing) and original cataloging are out of scope of this solicitation. Technical processing options shall be priced on a flat per item basis.
