Common use of BASIC WORK PLANS STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

BASIC WORK PLANS STANDARDS. A work plan is the awardee’s proposed strategy to address the needs determined by HUD or a gap in skill, knowledge, or capacity, as identified in a HUD TA assignment. A proposed work plan must contain the key elements listed below, in order for HUD to approve the strategy. Work plans must be approved by the GTR before the awardee can begin work under the plan. HUD reserves the right to adjust or clarify these requirements through subsequent written notices to the awardee.
