Basis of Assessment. In assessing the performance of a Contract Academic Librarian, the Library Assessment Committee shall consider whether the Contract Academic Librarian performed his/her duties under Article 16B in a satisfactory manner. The assessment shall be based on the contents of the Contract Academic Librarian's official file and a self-assessment letter by the Contract Academic Librarian which sets out the following:
