Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.
Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.
Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.
Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Niagara College Residence - Welland Campus” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.
Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
