Battery Service. All rates apply to batteries in good working condition. Based upon technician recommendations, battery service will include either a permanent connection from the vessel battery charger to an electrical source of 30 Amp or less, or a rotation schedule in which a technician will board the vessel and plug in the battery chargers as needed over the winter season. Vessels with drafts over 5 ft will have additional labor charges at current rates. Continuous electrical service will not be guaranteed.
Battery Service. If the battery for YOUR VEHICLE fails, battery jump start services will be provided up to a maximum of seventy-five dollars ($75) per occurrence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved.   • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
