BBMR SUPPLEMENTAL ANALYSIS AND MEETINGS Sample Clauses

BBMR SUPPLEMENTAL ANALYSIS AND MEETINGS. Based on our experience with the DWR Basin Boundary Modification Request (BBMR) application process for the Los Osos Basin, it is possible that additional analysis and/or meetings with DWR staff may be required in the summer of 2018 to discuss the basin boundary modification application(s) upon approval from District staff. This optional task is proposed in the event that DWR requires additional follow‐up work after their initial review. We suggest that this optional task be considered in order to respond to requests by DWR for additional analysis, and to plan for two trips to Sacramento or Fresno for face‐to‐face meetings with DWR staff. Post‐application meetings maybe critical to the success of the designation of a subbasin or removal.
