BEATE - Transfer-Charge Sample Clauses

BEATE - Transfer-Charge. ‌ If the Storage Customer nominates a Transfer of gas volumes between discounted gas- accounts in more than one market area (cross-market area and/ or cross-border), the Storage Customer has to pay a Transfer-Charge which will be invoiced by EWE and which will be passed through to the respective TSO(s). The Transfer-Charge will be calculated on a daily basis as follows: Transfer-Charge = Trans-Out Fee * maximum hourly Trans-Out Rate of the respective discounted gas-account per Gas Day plus Trans-In Fee * maximum hourly Trans-In Rate of the respective discounted gas-account per Gas Day. No Transfer-Charge will be charged for a Transfer of gas volumes between discounted gas- accounts in the same market area. For a Transfer of gas volumes into the discounted gas-account GTS no Trans-In Fee will be charged.
