Common use of Beginning Date Clause in Contracts

Beginning Date. Unless a later date is agreed to by the Superintendent and Association President, the parties shall commence bargaining for a successor agreement on or before March 15 and shall bargain as per the Illinois Education Labor Relations Act and its Rules and regulations. All items proposed for negotiations shall be presented in writing by the parties at the second or next formal session if requested by either party at a negotiation session and thereafter shall not be expanded.
