Beginning of Fiscal Year. At the beginning of each fiscal year, the full amount of sick leave granted under this section shall be credited to each employee. Credit for sick leave need not be accrued prior to taking such leave, and such leave may be taken at any time during the year. However, a new employee of FUSD shall not be eligible to take more than six (6) days until the first day of the calendar month after completion of six (6) months of active service with FUSD.

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal years to end on December 31 of each calendar year and (ii) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.
