A beginning teacher (zero years of experience) will be given the option to receive a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000) advance on their salary on the third (3rd) Friday after the beginning of school and will be paid the remaining contract balance over twenty-one (21) or twenty-sixsix (26) equal pays provided the teacher completes the contract. Other teachers who are new to the school district may be provided this advance if, in the discretion of the administration, circumstances establish an inordinate delay between their final pay from prior employment and their first pay by the school district.
