Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. The extra-curricular activity pay schedule for the term of this Agreement is listed in Appendix B, and C. The number of positions listed in Appendix B and C are for informational purposes and were not bargained.
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. Note: Extra-curricular pay will be compensated during the time frame relevant to the part of the school year the sport or activity is held. Positions will be compensated in accordance with the following schedule for regular employees. Compensation for extra-curricular positions may be split with teacher consent and approval by the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee. A committee will be established to review periodically the positions, groupings and pay for extra-curricular assignments and to make recommendations for consideration by the School Board and the Association. The provision is in the collective bargaining agreement for information purposes only; it was not bargained. All Year Payment made over employee’s contracted pays. Fall Payment made from 1st pay of school year through 7th pay of school year. Winter Payment made from the 8th pay of school year through 14th pay of school year. Spring Payment made from the 15th pay of the school year through the 20th pay of school year. PEEF* Payment made from a completed PEEF form. (Claim Form) Groups XI, XII, and XIII plus multi-season extra-curricular positions that are not on the “All Year” schedule will be paid by PEEF. Positions in the PEEF category will be paid after completion of the jobresponsibility or school year, whichever comes first. A completed PEEF, approved by the building administrator where the position is performed should be submitted to payroll for payment. PEEF positions for which the total payment will be over $500 can be paid in two installments (midpoint and at end of the position) if the building administrator approves and arrangements are made in advance with payroll. *Payroll Extra Earnings Form

Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. Section 33.1 The extra curricular schedule will be paid in accordance with a Step 2 CPE on the base salary schedule. This will also include any level increase accrued for further education. All persons hired for extra curricular duty will be placed on the appropriate yearly step of the schedule in accordance with years of District #9 experience at that position. Up to five (5) years of experience outside Unit #9 will be recognized for coaching, High School Band Director and High School Choral Director. Elementary, Middle School, and High School Club Sponsors will be paid only if the club has been administratively approved. Sponsorship of unapproved clubs and organizations will not be compensated. Sponsorship of all clubs and organizations meeting after school hours shall be voluntary. Counselors assigned on or after August 1, 1991, shall:
1. be compensated at the summer school rate of pay for each hour of work assigned by the administration beyond the normal school day. If the assigned hours are not contiguous with the normal school day, the counselor shall receive one additional hour of pay.
2. receive released time for each hour worked beyond the normal school day. Each hour worked beyond the normal school day shall equal two hours of released time. The released time shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time between the counselor and the building principal. The administrator, after consultation with the counselor, shall choose the method of compensation (#1 or #2)
Section 33.2 Each middle school team shall select and submit to the principal, on an annual basis, a recommendation for team leader. The principal must accept the recommended team leader or meet with the team to explain reasons for denying their recommendation. If the principal rejects a recommendation, the team shall recommend a different candidate.
Section 33.3 As of the 2003-2004 school year, four (4) curriculum based middle school club sponsorships will be added to the extra-curricular pay schedule. Two of these clubs will be assigned to Xxxxxxx Middle School and two assigned to Xxxxxxxx Middle School. As of the 2003-2004 school year, thirty-five (35) curriculum based elementary club sponsorships will be added to the extra duty pay schedule. Five (5) clubs will be assigned to each of the elementary schools, Frohardt, Maryville, Mitchell, Niedringhaus, Prather, Wilson, and Worthen. Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. The extra curricular pay schedule for the New Town School District #1 shall be as provided at Schedule II (2022-2023), attached hereto and incorporated by reference subject to the following conditions:
a. Percentage shall be based on the base salary of the salary schedule in Schedule I for the 2022-2023 school year.
b. Experience may be counted as the total years of experience in that particular coaching responsibility in the system, excluding advisorships.
c. Change from one position to another within the same sport shall carry the years experience to the new activity.
d. When a position is added to the extra-curricular pay schedule, the person shall start at 0 years experience.
e. Extra curricular pay shall be paid in a check separate from the regular teacher salary pay check.
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. Policy Agreement
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule a. The extra-curricular assignments enumerated on Appendix "B" are voluntary. However, once the assignment is accepted, the employee is obliged to complete the assignment for the school year.
b. The high school athletic director shall be released from other duties for two periods per day and receive the approved stipend or be released for one period per day and receive the approved higher stipend. The high school activity director shall be released from other duties for one period per day and receive the approved stipend. The scheduling of those release period(s) shall be at the discretion of the principal after consultation with the employee. The middle school athletic director and activity director shall receive stipend only
c. The extra-curricular schedule shall receive the same increase as the salary schedule with the exception of categorical and special funded stipends. Categorical and Special Funded stipends are reviewed and approved by site and district administration.
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. A. The establishment of all salaries for new extra-curricular positions will be negotiated by the District and the Association. If the Board of Education desires to create a new position, subsequent to the creation of a new activity, it may do so; however, the determination of salary will occur only through negotiation with the Association. Thus, the District may recall the Association to the table when such circumstances arise.
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. The extra-curricular activity pay schedule for the term of this Agreement is listed in Appendix B, and D except that no teacher shall have his pay for such extra duties and responsibilities reduced during the 2015 – 2016 school year as a result of the amendments to the appendices for any duties and responsibilities if that teacher committed to those duties and responsibilities prior to the date this agreement was ratified by both parties.
Extra-Curricular Pay Schedule. The wages and salaries reflected in Schedule C, attached hereto, shall be a part of this agreement for the 2023-2025 school years.
