Common use of Beginning with Level One of the Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Beginning with Level One of the Grievance Procedure. the grievant, the party who has allegedly violated this Agreement, and the District shall be entitled to be represented by counsel, to present evidence, and to call and cross-examine witnesses at grievance hearings.
